A little over a year ago, in the summer of 2011, Google Plus launched. Yea, it’s Google’s social network, probably what Google Wave should have been. I had a lot of interesting experiences back then. One that I still remember is my participation in a collaborative story, headed by Lance Ulanoff, a tech journalist. (You can read his reflection here.)
In late August, Lance posted his initial invitation to work on the story, and we got to work. It took about 48 hours, but we had something pretty cool at the end. I was looking for the story last week to show it to someone and I found this article which discusses the collaboration. It looks like I took to the project a little too enthusiastically.
Well, anyway, the story is decidedly of the Sci-Fi genre, and you can find it here, on Google Docs. Enjoy.
